I do not have a bathtub. Do you know anyone with a tub large enough for us all to party in?

I probably enjoy comfort foods too much (this month fruitcake is on the list)- so much so that I am no longer comfortable in most blue jeans. Fortunately, I still have at least one pair of jeans that I can enjoy today (will I ever fit into the others again?).

Ravzie has her new large bathtub. I'm not sure how many people can fit in it at one time.

Comfort foods are the best! So are pants with elastic waistbands.

I put on my own shoes every day. I would not want to wear anyone else's.

I was taught to tie my own shoes many years ago (before velcro and other fasteners) and have been putting them on myself ever since (except for some occasional help from a shoe salesman- try and find one of them these days).
Sometime around the 70s the microwave became one of my favorite appliances. I rarely play with matches anymore:

I only use matches to light an occasional candle.

Please be careful if celebrating the Day of Little Candles.

I'm sure that all those candles are pretty, but they do also sound dangerous - especially ones on windowsills. I only burn one candle at a time, and I don't leave it unattended.

I hope that NK's 'Rocket Man' takes time to remember Pearl Harbor and realize that the U.S. and the world may not take kindly to hostile acts.

I've heard people say they thought peeps were only for Easter. Actually they are available year round with special editions for many holidays. There are also Peeps snowmen available now:

and you should probably watch for Peeps bunnies (they come in various colors):

Peeps and brownies are a great combo, especially when brownies are free.
