Sorry. I know how crummy this feels. I feel like I am always being used by one particular person and I don't get much in return.

Ds and I had to go to some 4 hour class in order to get an FHA home loan and by the end we were both thinking, kill me now. The worst part though, is that we decided to go with a conventional home loan and didn't even need to take the stupid class.

It's been a rough week or so! Besides someone breaking my car window, my scanner/printer died and the pipes under my bathroom sick leaked and flooded the floor!! It came in threes, so I should be good for the rest of the year!

Deb I hope your next job is perm and you get away from the talker! And that it will pay well and be perfect for you.

And to Dopey, sure hope your hand is sewn up good. I would have gone after 15 minutes. Five hours is way too long to wait. Did they transfuse you? Seems like you would have lost a lot of blood in that time.

I kept putting pressure on it for 15-20 minutes at a time and then letting go to see if it stopped. I really thought it would stop eventually. The way I cut it with a vegetable peeler, they couldn't sew it or glue it, all they could do was put a piece of gauze with medicine to make the blood clot over the cut, then wrap with a pressure bandage for 24 hours. It didn't start bleeding again and hopefully all is good.

It hurts like the debbil but only for a few seconds....shake some Alum on it. I keep that on hand all the time. You can get it in the spice section. They also have some stuff called stop bleed that doesn't hurt at all but will do the trick. I keep that in the band-aid box as well for the sissies.

Glad you are alright.

Merry Christmas & Happy New Year to All!

Sorry that is happening to you Sparkle. I would let it be known lound and clear how I feel. Men can kinda be self absorbed at time and need to be brought back to reality.

Ear plugs or headphones might do the trick.

What a long day. Funny how doing paperwork can wear you out, especially when you're not used to it. Maybe a nap is in order.

Worrying about the upcoming storm. It will start about Friday night at 7 p.m. and continue through Saturday afternoon at about 3 p.m. It will start as rain then change to snow and get windy. Forecast amounts are five to eight inches and isolated areas up to ten. There may also be ice.

I have to work Saturday at 7 a.m. I live 55 minutes away when the weather is good. Who knows how long it will take in the middle of this crap. I have all wheel drive but that does absolutely no good on ice.

I am packing a bag right now in case I decide to stay. I am so tired of winter.
