Having problems renewing Premium Membership
I have tried to renew my membership since last week but PayPal will not allow it. I keep getting this message
"We aren't able to process your payment using your PayPal account at this time. Please go back to merchant and try using a different payment method".
My PayPal account is in working fine else where.

Still use paypal, but "use as a guest", and click not now if they ask you to create an account.
I just did that and it worked fine...I've never had a paypal account.

Missing paid for membership
I paid for a one year membership this morning and have yet to see this change over. Paid via paypal...please help.

On the Premium Membership renewal page it says "Please note that if you do use your PayPal account to make your purchase and you do not have adequate funds in your PayPal account, the payment will be sent to PayPal as an eCheck payment, which normally takes 3 - 5 business days to clear. Your OLS account will not be credited with your premium subscription until PayPal clears your payment."

I don't keep any money in my PayPal account and I get immediate credit for all the memberships I purchase for myself and as gifts. I've had my paypal account since 2001 so I can't remember what I did to make it work like that. I think I had to link my bank account and maybe even my credit card.

Yes, the payment was made with "available funds" but it was made via a different email address. My paypal email address is different then my online-sweepstakes one.

Yes you have to verify your account, then they will cover any purchases.

I have a verified PayPal account that I have used in the past to pay my OLS sub. Usually, it instantly shows the payment and the new end date. I paid this morning and it still shows that my premium expires tonight. I sent Nicole a message. I hope this is straightened out soon.

Same here. It automatically reflects on my account after I pay via PayPal, but not today.

Question Premium membership
Hello All,

I used Paypal on Sunday afternoon to purchase a Premium membership, I received a Receipt for my Payment to Online-Sweepstakes.com but it has not registered on the OLS website and I still don't have access to the Premium sweeps. I sent an email to both
subscriptions@online-sweepstakes.com and Nicole yesterday but I haven't gotten a response yet.

Should I be concerned or am I being over anxious?

I reached out to Nicole and so did Karen so she is aware of the problem. I am not sure why this hasn't been resolved. I will contact her again. I know you have been waiting patiently on this.

You know what's strange - the membership page suggests that people should reach out to Nicole but when I checked her bio page - her was Last Activity was on June 8th, 2018 6:19pm.
