Ah yes, the errant sock! Isn't it interesting some of the places that they do eventually turn up (e.g. clinging to the inside of a pair of trousers)?
I often buy socks in bulk (all white, all black, etc.) so that if one shows up without a partner, it can be paired with another similar one.

That's a good idea. I have sometimes found a lost sock inside of the corner of a fitted sheet. It will be in a seasonal fabric sheet, like flannel that we've gotten down to use in the winter, and that has been missing for months.

Clean up your room day
I have someone coming to shampoo my rug on Friday. I suppose now would be a good time to start moving things around and decluttering.

Sometimes I think it would be easier to let someone else do the celebrating.

I don't think that I've ever eaten a Hostess Cupcake. How are they?

They are a tasty indulgence, and I noticed today that the famous Twinkies are now chocolate-covered . but I prefer to spend my money on more nutritious fare.

For some reason, I always thought that those boxed desserts might not be that great, or might be too artificial tasting. But they've been around a long time and I'm sure that they are popular.
