There was no need to visit the ice cream parlor today because I had enough on hand for a homemade vanilla milkshake.

Sounds good! I've been craving a milkshake lately, but haven't gotten one yet. I know that the calories, sugar and fat aren't things that I need.

The hammock would be my preferred activity (after a nice walk, of course).

I won a Pawley's Island hammock several years ago, but I donated it the the silent auction at the Rabbit Sanctuary. I've never lived in a house that had a hammock in the yard, but I remember getting in my neighbor's hammock when I was a kid.

Is it okay to eat a chocolate eclair for breakfast?

Why not? I had two, and also some onion rings with my eggs and toast.

Good for you! But I wish you hadn't mentioned onion rings. I didn't know this was their day. I tend to crave those. I occasionally order those for takeout at this diner near me, and I eat the entire large container all by myself. Probably 10,000 calories worth of onion rings.

You really can find some rare holidays! I will refrain from calling you a stupid guy, though.

I did not know that. I'm getting ready to go to the grocery store, so I guess that I will not be celebrating that holiday - at least until I get home.

I would not be brave enough to do that.
