Pierogi are an ethnic food and I can understand that you may not have been exposed to them. They are easy enough to find though if there is a Polish festival anywhere near you.
However, it is inconceivable to me that you've never put PB and marshmallow cream between two slices of bread- it is such a simple pleasure (maybe the first meal I ever learned to prepare for myself as a child) that you should do it immediately. Enjoy.

I have peanut butter but I have never bought marshmallow fluff, so I don't have any of that in the cabinets. I'll check it out the next time I go to the store.

I usually have some in my freezer as well, but I sure do miss mom's homemade variety.

Marshmallow is great to keep on hand. Add a spoonful to hot chocolate for a treat! I also like it on baked sweet potatoes. Many other baking recipes also call for it.

One of today's holidays is Moldy Cheese Day. I think I'll pass on that celebration.

Blue cheese is one of my favorite choices for salad dressing.
Fire prevention is another important cause today.

Blue cheese is supposed to have mold. I also like it for salad dressing and crumbled in salads. When most other cheeses have mold, it's not so good. I am having parmesan cheese tonight with my pasta dish, and hopefully it is not moldy.

Today I need a mental health day but expect to return to my normal self tomorrow.
Some angel food cake might help.

I think we could all use a mental health day.

Angel food cake is okay, but it doesn't have a lot of flavor to me. I guess it's too healthy of a cake.

I get to see my physician in a few days so maybe eating something healthy is good.

I have to have blood tests at the end of the month, so I may try to eat healthier around that time.
