For some reason, the OLS post office box is closed.
Payments can be made via a debit/credit/gift card via the form under subscriptions. You are not using Paypal when you pay this way.
To do so:
Click on your subscriptions. Fill in the length and click the "order with Paypal" button. When the next page pops up, scroll down and click the button that says: "Pay With Debit Or Credit Card." Thus, you are not using Paypal, but will fill out the information on the form.
