This pregnancy hasn't been too bad. I got the gestational diabetes a few weeks ago and have to give myself shots twice a day and check my blood sugar 4 times a day. This past week my feet and ankles have started to swell. I also have to get non stress tests done twice a week and get my amniotic fluid checked once a week. On Tuesday it will be all over. I can't wait.

I just had to take the glucose tolerance test last week. No one from the doc office called me so I am guessing that I don't have gestational diabietes. Did you have to totally change your diet midnight moon?? Congrats on being so close to the end.

I started spoting last night. I just came back from the Dr. and he wants to put me on bedrest until it stops. I have such a hard time sitting around the house looking at the dishes and laundry that need to be done. My S/O went out hunting and my DD is with my Mom. At least it is quiet in the house at this moment.

Send me good vibes.

I hope everything turns out well. Wishing you tons of good vibes! Make sure to follow the doctor's orders.

Hang in there Lavish. Can you take up a hobby which might take your mind of things? My MIL was just in town and was teaching me to knit. OMG do I suck! But Im surprised how much I enjoy doing it.

Can someone explain this exercise ball thing? Is it like the one they use in pilates?

Midnightmoon and Cakegirl hope things progress smooth quick and easy for you

Sick and dehydrated. Doctor wants me to go into the hospital if it gets worse and I have 6 more months to go. OY!!!!!

Other than going through the whole IVF thing, nothing else to complain about.

Tigress the birthing ball is very much like the one they use in Pilates, same basic thing. I'm currently sitting at mine at the puter b/c it also helps baby move down in the pelvic area when labor is progressing, or just before.

Hope all of you that aren't feeling well get to feeling better!!

MM - only a few more days, that is so great, I hope all goes well with you!!!

Sending good vibes to you Lavish Get the book The Flavor Of The Month by Olivia Goldsmith. It is pretty big but it will make the time go so fast.

If anyone is feeling blue or on bedrest or just wants a good laugh, you all have to read Belly Laughs by Jenny McCarthy. Normally I think she is a ding bat but this book is hilarious. She talks about things that happen to your body during pregnancy. It is the things that happen to everyone, but hardly anybody talks about them. It is wonderful!!!!! She is simply hilarious in this book.

Heartburn GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR. I hate it. It is really a shame when a glass of water gives you heartburn.

Jesslag - have you ever tried papaya enzyme? You can get it at GNC, it's all natural chewable pills, totally safe and relieves heartburn & indigestion - taste better than TUMS also!!!!
