better today?
I checked in yesterday- how are you today? Hope you are following up!

Mono is 'thought' to only come from kissing- but, anytime you share items where saliva has been, you run the risk of getting it. It's very common and the local college here has an outbreak about once a year. Sometimes, these diseases that are out there- make us all feel like we're awful people or we did something wrong to deserve it, and that's not at all the case. Most are easily transmitted- all you need is a close cirlce of friends and you have a breeding grounds!

Thank goodness this is one I haven't managed to contract from anyone- I'm the worst about sharing drinks with folks since I have kids. I always have a drink by me and one of them is forever just walking up and grabbing it. I don't get really picky about it unless I've been sick recently- then I warn them I'll give them the cooties if they do.

I feel about the same as yesterday. I was dry heaving earlier and I still have the stomache pains. I have been staying in bed mostly. I get up every once in awhile just to move around.
Thankyou for asking.

I had mono for four months when I was in high school and never threw up. Have you called your doctor? Also, I had wicked sore throats, tea and popsicles helped me, along with the milkshakes for survival!
Did they tell you stay away from the kiddos?

I want to share my wins- at least $3-5 bux a day WIN with me!http://www.swagbucks.com/refer/MonCherie

I hope you are right about this. I don't think so though, especially if what he gave has tylenol in it.

I'm glad you'll be calling for a follow up.

Until then rest and a BRAT diet and nothing that your liver needs to work on (meds, booze, etc) This is what they told you for the liver issue and the virus, right? I hope. Sip fluids constantly so you don't get dehydrated.

Feel better soon.

I was going to mention that. No alcohol. Make sure you do not take any tylenol either unless your doctor says it is OK. Make sure you check with your doctor before taking any of your pills including herbal supplements. Some of those are dangerous for the liver. I hope you feel better soon. I friend got really sick and had to be hospitalized when we were both `8 from that. Did they check your gallbladder with an ultrasound?

I had my gall bladder taken out about 8 or 9 months ago.
