LOL, I know that right. Hyper? Hardly! Mine are tubs of Goo, lovable, squishy Goo

Tooo funny! She's pretty good, not generally a chewer, but she does ransack the dirty laundry and then collects a stash under the bed of dirty underwear, tissues, q-tips, and other things she fancies. She has also chewed the crotches on said underwear. (Note: do NOT leg the beagle kiss you unless you sterilize her mouth!) Funny thing is, it's always MY stuff she takes.
Boy does that sound familar, I caught her playing with the toliet paper in the bathroom this weekend, nothing is safe, she has chewed my son's Wii remote cord and his girlfriend's laptop cord... expensive lessons but they will know how to babyproof a house when they have kids. She is just like a baby, I catch her chewing and find myself opening up her mouth to make sure it's not harmful, she's gotten smart though and she runs from me while still chewing.

Does your dog have really rough pads? How/can you soften them?

I have given up on the chewing, baying and digging! She's been digging up all the moles in the neighborhood which I love!

Mine does too, I haven't used anything on them but I saw some stuff for rough pads at Pet Smart, I probably will try it in the winter.

Thanks for sharing! I miss mine too- Snooper, appropriately named!
Here's a story for all beagle owner's...and any animal lover for that matter!

My mom had taken to Snooper, so he pretty much was her dog. Long story short, she got remarried, moved out of the house, then me and my hubby moved in.
My mom had come to visit him, she left- and he was very upset. I put him outside to work off his frustration and started doing some dishes.
I am into doing the dishes, look up and out the window- and what do my wandering eyes should appear??
DOG BALLS flying by the window- but as he flew by he turned and looked at me- with his teeth beared.
I will forever have that image in my head...and still have no idea how he got to jump that high...but he sure wanted me to know he was pissed!

I want to share my wins- at least $3-5 bux a day WIN with me!http://www.swagbucks.com/refer/MonCherie
