I agree, not even remotely a year's supply. I'd expect at least 6 bottles of shampoo/conditioner each. Maybe 3-4 of styling product since you likely don't use it as much as the shampoo/conditioner.

I wouldn't ask IF another shipment was coming, I would ask WHEN it was coming. What was the ARV on the prize? Was there one?
Yes, most companies have a right to substitute at their discretion, but it's for a prize of equal or greater value. They can't say you won $500, then send you a $25 Target gift card instead. They could, however, send you a $600 Target gift card and call it a day. | ||

Of course I would and you should definately ask the company when the other products are expected to arrive.

I won this as well, and only received 3 products. Funny, I just emailed the person that emailed the winning notification to me, on Halloween. I was wondering when I could expect the prize. She told me usually 8-12 weeks was the norm. So I was both surprised and disappointed when I received the 3 products yesterday. I will be emailing her again, and will let everyone know what's what.

I just got an email from the fulfillment company that says "...We will send you additional hair products from our office to make up for it. We apologize for your disappointment!"
That's very nice of them. I guess that's really all the sponsor had intended to send. | ||
