Brent What Is this????

When I came to the message boards today this is showing at the top of the screen above the user cp ,register buttons etc.

Warning: Missing argument 1 for getclickysmilies() in /usr/www/users/sweep/forums/admin/functions.php on line 2002

I went ahead and started a new thread in the Whats on Your Mind Section with this showing when I tried to use the smilie function it acted as if it would not work as in it did not show the code after I chose my smilie. I hand entered the code for the smilie I wanted and came up with four of what I had picked. It was working but not showing up until I previewed my post. Anyone else have this warning show up today?

Brent I just used the smilie fucntion for the above and it worked just as it was supposed to on this post. I still have the warning showing on my screen as I type.
Brent this warning is only showing when I am in the start a new thread or post a reply mode. It is not present in any other area.
