Guess I don't understand
I read the sig rules . . . thought I followed them (one line of text, not misleading), yet sig was deleted.

Anyone able to tell me what I did wrong?

One of the threads you started was moved to the correct forum. As far as your siggy the content could be the reason for the deletion.

Not to argue, but the Forum was local flava and I was asking who was in my area. That isn't relevant? Seems that is the topic of most threads in that forum.

And which rule did I violate re: content in the sig? I read the rules.

Hmmm! Not sure how to assist you on that, but I'm certain a Wonderful Sweeper will soon. BTW

I will check it out, but as stated, I read the rules before creating my sig.

Well, the signature has to fit in this box:

As for what forum you originally posted in...no idea.

Post your siggy right here in a regular post and I will see if I can help you figure it out.

# You can provide a link to your web site and/or win page in your signature. However, affiliate and referral links through which you stand to gain monetarily are not allowed, this includes links to web pages that are mostly affiliate or referral links.
# Referral links or vote for me requests for sweepstakes and contests are generally permissible, but the links must not be deceptive.

yep, I followed the rules

I don't know anything about posting links anywhere so I won't be much help there.

Pebbles now you have me wondering cause I thought that was for a custom avatar. I seem to remember having a siggy when I first got here.

Well, it is not up to you, or us, to decide if your content was misleading. There are certain sites and links, etc., which have been long discussed and not allowed. If you tried to link to one of those sites, regardless of how un-misleading the signature was, it will be deleted period.

Now, if it was just a signature, that is one thing. But if there was a link in there, and you are not willing to share the link here so that someone can explain, then....tough noogies I guess.

Well, why don't you post that in new sweepstakes? It seems to be a sweepstakes.
