How to get a still shot off a facebook video?
Is there some way to get a still photo from a facebook video?

Did you try playing it on your phone and taking a screen shot of what you want? You can then edit and clean up the screen shot.

Easy to do

start video in facebook

click on video. This should open it in its own page (and make it bigger)

Click on keyboard button "prt scr" The print screen button will copy the pic into a buffer

open the software "Paint" (it's automatically installed with windows)

do a paste (easiest way to do this is CTRL V)

Save pic and give it a name. You can edit pics in paint.

Knew how to do this but I ran through it once to make sure I didn't skip anything.
