Wow that is great and good timing. So far my fridge and freezer is working. It's even making ice cubes again. Thank goodness for small blessings in life.

Feeling blessed that after it was all said and done all my family members survived the storm and only a few had very minor damage to property.

Now praying for those in the path of Irma.

One of the greatest things happen to me - I woke up this morning. Just so thankful for this and all the blessing my Lord has given me.

We gave my husband's work car to a neighbor who needed one for his brother in law. After a stroke my husbands can no longer drive so its good to get it off the books.

We went to the grocery store and ds said somebody at the deli was giving away food. He had gotten a free pound of ham, and when I went over she gave me a free pound of cheese to go with it. With that and the free grilled chicken from a sweep, it was all worth over $20. I love free food.

Our power came back on, after going out yesterday afternoon.

Our task must be to free ourselves...by widening our circle of compassion
to embrace all living creatures and the whole of nature and its beauty.

I woke up! That I'm happy about!

After doing a check of everyone I know they survived both Hurricanes with little to no damage either.

Prayers to all those that weren't that fortunate.

Went to Rachel Ray and got a really nice cookbook, and Joey Kola (warm up comedian and really funny!) gave me another book for showing great 'energy'!
