My cell # was on there. I wonder how long it will take to actually get the payment and what the final payment will actually be. I'm still waiting for the $25 from the Starkist one and last I heard probably won't be getting that much from it.

Many years ago there was a class action suit for Accuvue contact lens wearers and I would up getting over $1,000 from that one.

My number wasn't listed, bummer! Thanks, anyway. I received 4 spam/scam calls today! My block list is getting so long. I don't know how many more they will allow me to block. The DO NOT CALL registry is a joke!

Thanks for posting this info
Our number was listed. Going to submit the info, even if it turns out that we might only get a few dollars after lawyer fees, etc. Going to consider it a "win" even if it wasn't for a cruise.

I've 'won' several cruises, WalMart gift cards , etc. but did not get a place on this list.

I'm also waiting for the Starkist.. also an HP printer one from years back and never heard anything again on it... and some optical drive one again that I never hear about .. and what ever happened to that Facebook one way, way back?

I think they get kicked down the road forever and then just get dumped.

Some of these lawsuits can take several years due to objections from random filers. And then some of the lawsuit are eventually dropped due to lack of evidence showing harm or intent to mislead the public.

Probably all spoofed (fake) numbers using voice over IP, so they pick a new number to call from every day...so you blocking numbers doesn't even matter. Asking a criminal to follow the law just doesn't work, when the call is a scam to begin with.

Thank you for posting this! My number was on the list. I've received as much as $30 and as little as $1 in such class actions suits that I qualified for, but at least filing the claim is very easy.

I qualified and registered and even a few bucks would be nice to get out of these scammers.

I'm so glad it helped some of you guys out. It seems legit, but of course will take a while to go through, but we as sweepers are patient people (well, kinda). i have gotten a few settlements like this, never more than maybe $20. my husband just got a refund of taxes or fees of some kind from the AT&T for almost $100 which was a nice surprise since we didn't even have to sign up for that one.

I always remember the Amazon one where suddenly I had a credit of over $100. I think I buy too many books! LOL It was still a nice surprise, and requires little to no effort on our part!

Thank you again.
