Can't get searched sites to connect??
I'm on FF . I tried PCH search and swagbucks.. every time I click on a link to go to the site I want, I get this:

Firefox can't establish a connection to the server at click.infospace.com.

what is "click.infospace.com ????

It doesn't matter what website I try to get to through the search engines!

Time to win, win, win!!

I was trying to search on PCH Search with no luck. I'm using IE. I kept getting the message that IE cannot display the page when I clicked on a link.

infospace is an adware referral server. it may be blocked by your anti-virus software, host file, a BHO or widget, or even your DNS server.

I spent the better part of the day running various virus, malware and rootkit killer programs. All found something or another, supposedly killed whatever they found but still the infospace thing would still occur on searches. I finally removed the Swagbucks toolbar and so far have not had a recurrence of it. I am not saying Swagbucks toolbar caused this, but I am saying there have been no more redirects and "can't find" pages since removing it. I hate that because I think I get more search wins from Swagbucks with the toolbar, but I am not going to take this chance with it.
