I don't understand. Are these items that WE have to bring if we want in on the raffles? I'm totally confused. I thought that for this raffle we check in for the convention and that's when we say we want to buy raffle tickets? :frown3:

These raffles are for you to bring the specified items to convention. Every year they are a bit different and having drawings for gift cards is a definate first in my eyes.

Limiting entries in these areas also helps make the playing field even for those on a limited budget vs. others who may do the max of 50 on any or all of these raffles.

See ya in 50 + days, :jet:

Huh? That's what I mean UCLA, I don't understand. Do I HAVE TO bring these items KB listed? Or is this optional?

It is optional - the raffles are opt in if you want to be part of it :)

So If I want in on the Lottery Scratch Off's. I have to bring $50 worth and that gets me into that raffle? Sorry I'm confused KB

No. $50 is the maximum. For the scratch offs, you can enter with as little as $5. That will get you 1 entry. Max is $50 (10 entries) $5 x 10 = $50.

I am confused as well. So, if I want to enter the gift card raffle can I only enter if I give gift cards or can you pay cash???

And you'll either need to pick up MI lotto tickets once you get in town - or they may have the lottery people on site to sell tickets - I have not seen any word about that though this year.

You can only give cash - apparently the convention committee will purchase gift cards.

Just wanted to let you all know those address labels we've been encouraged to bring should be used on both the Vendors raffle tickets as well as the RAFFLE tickets discussed on this thread.

Will definately make announcing the winners SO MUCH easier. :jet:

Just an FYI that the MI Lottery will not be on site selling tickets.

We won't have a vehicle. Does anyone know if lottery tickets are available somewhere near the hotel?
