Well, we have started the second session of Weight Watchers at work, so I thought I would start a blog about it.



Here is my before picture. I'll post more along the way.

This year I have lost 35 pounds, but as you can see I have a ways to go yet.

My husband got a divorce over 20 years ago. It was not a friendly divorce and I won't go into details, but he had not seen or heard from his sons in 20 years until last week...
The oldest one's wife found me on myspace and we are talking to them. So far the other two boys still don't want to have anything to do with their father, but I hope they will come around.
So we have 2 new grandkids. From looking at the oldest son's myspace, we may have another by one of the sons that don't...

I was checking out our department's job descriptions yesterday and noticed that mine had been changed. My BS boss added in the skill of filling out a certain form. He added it just a few days before giving me my evaluation, then he marked me down on my skills because I couldn't fill out that form.

So I get a 3 out of 5 on my job skills because he added a form, didn't tell me about it, didn't train me how to fill it out and there has been no oppurtunity to fill one out....

Thought I should liven it up.

The past couple of months have been confusing. I got to the point where I wanted to change jobs. I looked around, sent out a resume, went on an interview, and got a job offer. Then I had to make a decision.

Did I want to quit a job that I had worked at for 15 years because I can't stand my new boss?
Did I want to lose all my benefits and start over at almost 50 years old?
Could I afford to take a new job that involved a lot...
