new computer need advise

I just bought this new computer lightning fast but. When I click on a sweep , the sweep comes up in a small window and i need the click that middle button on the top top right. (whatever it is called) I would like the window to come up full size, how. Now remember when u are telling me you are talking to a computer idiot.

Also this computer I cant make the sound come up. I havent traveled around this one yet but I had another (same computer) and took it back because it didnt have sound, I did look everywhere including trouble shooting. Any suggestion

Okay bring up another window (browser window), now go to the edges of the screen of that window where the little arrows come up and click your left button on your mouse and drag it to the edge of your monitor screen - get all four sides of the window to "touch" the sides of your screen so the browser window takes up your full screen. Then go up to File and choose Close - the window will now disappear because of course you closed it. Now when you click a link for a sweep, it should come up as full screen so you don't have to maximize it each time.

Let me know if that works. ;)

PS With the sound - other than going into volume settings, making sure everything is up (not completely up, but not at the bottom if you know what I mean), making sure mute is off and making sure your speakers and/or headphones are plugged in - I wouldn't know what else to suggest. It's hard to say when you don't have someone there looking at it from every possible angle. Hmm..

Again Allie, This is an amazing site. I can't get over it. If the public knew you would crash the site with newbies. It worked
