Go ask in a local hardware store. I think there is mold resistant paint or an additive to paint that you can use.
I have some mold on the ceiling over my shower. I was absolutely amazed, but it vanishes when I spray lysol on it. There are also some mold specific remedies sold in the grocery store.

There is an paint additive which helps prevent mold. Of course you need to kill it first. The real problem is probably poor ventilation. Or you could just buy a new house.

I think the paint is called "Kilz". Also, I'm sure you know this, but bleach is the best thing to use to get rid of mold. Way better than any commercial products IMO.
Hope this helps and Good Luck!

I used to have that problem in my old place about 10 years ago. We used to spray bleach on it and most times it would just go away or you can let it sit and then wipe it down. Ventilation is the key but if that isn't possible then try just running a fan in there for a few minutes after showers. It will help evaporate the excess water.
good luck!

KILZ is the paint name. It will cover but with the drip still dripping it will probably come back. I have used Kilz in several places I have lived & at least it covers & slows down the reappearances (note; I can't spell, why do I even try???)

My painter was telling me that using a bleach and water solution on your walls or ceilings every two months will keep the mold away.

Walmart sells some stuff called shower power. I swear by this stuff. Not only do I use it in the shower but it works great on sinks and counter tops. Smells fresh and minty and isn't over powering. The only draw back is it smears chrome.

Kill the mold with a bleach/water combination before painting with Kilz. You can then paint over the Kilz whatever color you want. Is there a fan or window in the bathroom? I would talk to your landlord about the dripping water and about paying for the paint it should be his responsibility to do the job. :)
