My DH is from Missouri, but his favorite place in the world is Colonial Williamsburg, VA. He needs to go there for his "fix" at least once a year & spend a couple weeks. The most recent visit being while 'Isabell' was paying a visit to that area too, this past Sept. Bad timing!! :rolleyes2

I was born a Baltimoran but moved to Harford County in 1999. Been sweeping since 1981. Member of the Chesapeake Crabbers (http://expage.com/page/chesapeakecrabs) which meets every third Saturday. Did you attend the convention in Baltimore in May? See you in San Diego next May?

"home" is Rockville, Olney, Silver Spring, Md area. In Williamsburg now but go home constantly. That is where ALL my family lives. When I try to explain to people from here where I'm from I just say within a five mile radius of the sniper shootings in Md. Most of them being about a mile or less from families homes. Then they know, because had never really heard of that area before that.

I always wonder, when I hear of some of you from this area, could I know you??

This year has been pretty nuts with the new house, getting married, travelling a lot for work, etc., but once things calm down, I'd take a turn hosting a little get-together.
