I didnt know you were from Fort Wayne, I am from the Mishawaka/Elkhart area and am so excited because for once I KNOW I get to make to a convention!! Can't wait to meet the people I have been talking to on here for 5 years in real life!!

It's gonna be an AWESOME convention! It's fun seeing the people I've met at past conventions and it's cool meeting new one. At this convention I got to meet several new people from OLS - including a one that lives in the same town as me!

That'll ROCK! How are are you from the convention?

Ft Wayne isn't too far away from us so we're thinkin' of drivin' to the convention and then after the convention ends on Sun go on our annual road trip.

OK I didn't know abt the price for MN because I didn't look into it...Knew I couldn't go this year, but I'll be saving my pennies for Indy!

June 16 - Jun 19, 2011. Don't think Ft Wayne, IN is close to Indy. Ft Wayne is in NE part of the state. I believe Indy is on the West side of the state and more South.

Indy is about 3 hours south of Fort Wayne and is smack dab in the middle of the state. Fort Wayne is Northeastern IN, right at the Ohio line. Ft Wayne has a "regional" airport as does South Bend. To fly in the closest major airport will be INDY, Chicago airports are an almost 5 hour drive.

It only takes us 2 hours to drive to Indy from here......but maybe that's because we drive faster?!?! :smile8: I have a friend here that lives down there and she said that she will probably drive back and forth rather than getting a room and all.
