Pauly Shore wandered into the hotel bar where my friend and I were having a drink (we were actually trying to spot some guys from a band the name of which now escapes me) in his underwear. In 1985 I was at one of my favorite local clubs, "Merlins" for lip synch . It was packed, wall to wall people and we were dancing and cheering. The guy dancing and grooving next to me was :Vincent Irizarry, at that time he was Lujak on Guiding light and was missing/ presumed dead on the show. We got to hang out and talk. I didn't have an ink pen, so he gave me his autograph on a napkin with brown eyeliner. I still have it!
