Would someone be willing to tell the rest of us if any of the speakers specifically addressed the perennial sweepers' rumor of "blacklists"? Did anyone deny or confirm?
Did they say anything about whether or not sponsors/JAs ever screen entrants based on criteria not in the rules? Such as age, gender, geography, won lots of prizes previously, entering via sweeps site (OLS), newsletter acceptance, etc., etc., etc.?
I know the general feeling is that sponsors and JAs don't care who wins and are not inclined to risk legal troubles by not being objective in drawings.
But did anyone specifically say this does not happen?
Thanks so much if you can put this issue to rest. Sweeping minds want to know! :gvibes:
