SATRANS Airport Shuttle discount

Several people have mentioned having problems getting the convention discount when they call SATRANS to arrange shuttle service in San Antonio. They cannot give you the discount over the phone. You must go to the website to get it. The link is on our webpage under the "Travel" section or just click on this link to go directly to it:

I went to reserve shuttle service on-line but the time(s) for return service are really early. My flight leaves SA at 3:55pm and the times listed for return are 11:30am and earlier.

Don't really want to sit in the airport for 4 hours. I will call them tomorrow to see what's up with that.

Has anyone spoken with them about return times for shuttle service? (from hotel to airport)

Update: I did go back to the website and found the times I needed. Also, called SATRANS and the girl told me that they have a kiosk right at baggage pick-up so it should be a snap. Rates were very reasonable with the discount, $28.00 round trip (sans tip)
