Don't know if you've found a roommate yet but I was debating on booking a hotel myself. I'm only 30 miles away but SA traffic up 35 is horrid. Will warn you that I snore though :( But if you're game I'd love to split the cost with you. $125 may be a great rate but it's still high for this single mom's budget.(lol)
