Under the terms of the settlement, Microsoft will provide vouchers worth up to $1.1 billion to qualified California users of many of its operating system, word processing and spreadsheet software products to be redeemed for cash after the purchase of eligible software and hardware products. I kinda wondered about this so I contacted Microsoft, I got the shortest reply back.. but this is the link they gave me:

The first site just seemed odd as it didn't have logos or a bunch of legal mumbo jumbo that MS usually has, lol. :D
