Did you hear about the study that proved that people that drink milk every day lost weight faster than those that didn't? It had something to do with the combination of calcium and magnesium that prevents the absorption of fats. They proved more fats passed thru the system of the people that drank milk. I started drinking a glass every morning!

You buy it with the mixers at the grocery store. They have margarita mix and cosmopolitan mix etc. Ours has some funky flavors like apple martini and pomegranate martini and chocolate martini. I was at the liquor store on Tues and they have some organic mixers. I really want to try the pomegranate but they are pricey like$10 a bottle and they don't include the alcohol. The ones at the grocery store are cheaper like 2 or 3 a bottle.

I agree that some crystal light (like that flavor you have) is kindof strong when you use the amount of water they say. I actually usually put a packet into a 20oz bottle of water and it is just perfect! Speaking of that, I think I might go have some Cherry Pomegranate crystal light right now!
