I sent in an affy that included an overnight fed ex envelope... I know it probably got there - but should I call just to make sure?? Do you ever call them to make sure?

The last "big" ($1250) prize I won, they had emailed me to let me know I won, so when I sent the affy and got the confirmation that it had been received in their office, I emailed them back and told them that they should have received it. Got a reply saying they did, which I kept for my records.

Yes, and I'm glad I did, because one time it was NOT there and I had to resend.

You could just track it on line. With FedEx and UPS you can if you retain your tracking number.

It is a good idea to follow up and make sure it is received by the proper party. Call now!:cheer3:

Yes, especially if there is a quick return deadline. Also, I did have one lost in the mail. Thankfully the sponsor called me.

I definitely would call.

Call them, you know you want to!

(And congratulations)

look at your fedex receipt and track the envelope. It'll show it's been received! If you don't have it a phone call won't be out of line.

Definitely! If not I would sit and worry about every possible thing that could have gone wrong:sweat:

I call the person listed as notifying me or person on Affie.
I let the know when mailed and when to expect it.
This was for a $1000 check with affie.

I am going to call to confirm from now on. I had won a XBOX 360 in the Kellogs sweeps back in October. I sent in their stupid affy in the yellow envelope that they had provided. I figured they would call or email me if anything was out of order. I called them a few weeks ago and after I spoke with the woman that was handling things. She told me sorry.

I asked why didn't they contact me if anything was wrong and there was silence. I can't understand these sponsors. Why do they ask for all this information and then refuse to call. She sent me some coupons, ($150) for cereal.

That Xbox was the only thing of any value I won the whole year and instead I ended up with coupons for boxes of cereal.

Next time, I will call and call and call. I think it sucks. It is unfortunate that we can't trust them to have common courtesy. Never mind a little professionalism

With my $12,000 win, I faxed, sent overnight, and called and confirmed the lady got the affy. With other wins, I just track using tracking number.

With my Garnier $5,000.00 trip win. I sent the affy in and they called me to tell me they received it. I was going to call but they beat me to it.
