Received this from the convention coordinators and thought I would share:)
You may also want to let them know that a new subject has been added to the menu options. They can get details on the raffles now so they can start planning and saving.

If these numbers don't add up to the total, it's because I miscounted. 28 people did not put the number of conventions they attended on their registration forms. Also remember that just over half of these registrations were purchased during the Michigan convention, resulting in higher numbers from northern states

Better start saving up your loot now. This is going to be one expensive convention, with raffles like this.
Much easier to transport though, than bringing all those envelopes, postcards, etc.

Only if you go max - they just took out the bulky stuff and upped the entries into these - which I think is great. We have 13 months to save:)

I do intend to enter to the max, KB. I've already started saving so i can do so. I can't wait to get there already!
Lora, I will be taking my laptop with me, and enter my sweeps in the off times. Yes, I am so addicted to sweeping.

I guess you want to know exactly how they draw the raffles?
First, take a look at the raffles link that KB posted on the top of her original post. You need to decide how many entries you want to put in.
Then, when you get to the convention, they usually have a place set up to turn in your raffle items. Every year it's a little different...every convention committee decides how they want to handle the raffles. Not sure if they want us to include our name, etc. with the raffle items, or they will hand out raffle tickets for each entry. I'm sure as we get closer to the convention time, the details will emerge. In the meantime, you need to decide how many of the raffles you want to get in on. The more you do (within the limits), the more chances you'll have of winning.
They announce the winners throughout the convention...while the daily seminars are going on, and with a big finale at the banquet on Saturday.
Hope this answers your questions. If you can afford it, and I would suggest you start saving now, get in on as many of the raffles as you can.

Looks like they've upped the max entries for the cash raffle, it was $50.00 max in Michigan. It's a good idea to put the info. out there now so we can squirrel away some cash.

I think its great they upped all the "easy to travel with" stuff and got rid of the envies and all that - although that was fun, but cash and stamps rule :highfive:
