Wondering if packets were mailed out as I haven`t recieved anything and other vendors have asked me the same.

Vendor opportunities are being handled by Patty Nolan. She has the direct contact with the hotel liaison.

Earlier this month, she met with me and we discussed vendors. As soon as she provides me with cost and whether or not we'll have more than one room, I will be able to create a sign-up form.

I have given her a list of interested vendors and their e-mail addresses.

I have been in contact with other vendors who have heard little or nothing at all in regards to vending. I read on another board that vending packets were suppose to be mailed out last week. This must not have occured as I haven`t rcd anything and I know of other vendors interested who haven`t rcd anything either. I am sorry to post this publicly but my email seems to go unanswered. Sometimes answered but very brief and limited to information offered. I am sure that you have you hands full but if you could take a moment to contact me at obxhatteraslight@yahoo.com I would appreciate it.

I was hoping to vend, I`m not sure if I am being left out or not. It would help to now ahead of time so that vendors can try to prepare ahead of time what to bring etc. Its almost the end of June. Thanks very much for your time and patience
