Demi Moore is sued for alleged sex harassment -- Fired ranch manager claims a ''Disclosure''-like scenario .
Is life imitating art for Demi Moore? The former manager of her Idaho ranch says it is. Lawrence Bass says the star sexually harassed him, in a scenario like the one in her film ''Disclosure,'' then fired him after he rebuffed her. Bass has filed a complaint with the Idaho Human Rights Commission over the alleged discrimination and is seeking $200,000 in damages, the New York Daily News reports.

Bass told his story to the Star tabloid this week. Though not unaccustomed to working in a sexually charged environment -- he'd been Hugh Hefner's butler before Moore hired him -- he said he was taken aback when Moore ''began lightly stroking my neck in a very sensual way'' a few months after he came to work for her. Bass told the Star that Moore knew he was involved with another woman. On another occasion, he said she started ''caressing the inside of my left leg. As soon as I realized where this was headed, I said: We can't do that.'' A few months later, he says, Moore fired him, and when he complained to Idaho authorities, her ex-husband, Bruce Willis, threatened him, saying, ''Stay the f--- away from my family.''

Martin Singer, a lawyer who represents both Moore and Willis, told the Daily News he was considering a countersuit against Bass for breaking a confidentiality agreement by talking to the Star. Singer also told the Star that Bass was a ''disgruntled ex-employee" and called his lawsuit ''ridiculous'' and ''without merit.''

Hysterical! Thanks for posting, gave me a nice chuckle.

Come to think of it, the other day she was on the television and I could swear she shot me a sultry look. Better call my lawyer.

Anyone have a picture of this Mr. Bass? I'd be curious to see what HE looks like (although I never thought Bruce Willis was anything to write home about).

I don't see it happening. Heck, if Demi made a pass at my hubby I would be shocked if he didn't do anything! Why did Monica do what she did? Because he's the president and the opportunity---once in a lifetime.......

If I were 16 I might think differently but I'd have no problem turning her down, she strikes me as quite a sleaze.

Ooh, I've developed standards - I guess for a guy, that means it's about time for me to die or something.

"hiring on a few new hands" might not be the best term when she puts her new ad in the paper.
