I got this in today's spam. Now you know that no one can win a lottery without buying a ticket. How dumb do they think we are?

It is a letter from Spain, supposably from El Gordo Sweepstake Lottery Company in Madrid. My Letter said the same thing, and they even had the audacity to add a form for me to fill out wanting my bank account numbers, and name, address, occupation, D.O.B, and even next of kin, and it looks like it was printed on a low grade printer. Safe to say it ended up in the shreader. I guess when you enter a lot of sweepsakes they must get your name through a list.
It's a shame I would have loved to have won $615,810.00.

If you don't want to read about it at the www.snopes.com link the gist of it is this is just a different flavor of the Nigerian scam that I would wager most if not all of us has seen in their e-mail boxes.

I get so many of those, it seems like they would pick a new bunch of people . .

but they don't. they keep sending to the same people over and over and over again.
