Your friendly Toad Stock Advisor declares a "buy" on Bechtel.
One of the biggest rebuilding contracts for Iraq has been awarded to Bechtel -- and few better large-task high-tech companies could have been chosen.
In Portland our Max Light Rail line was done by Bechtel and it is one great system -- the comfort and ride throughout Portland metro is a dream. They are well designed, quiet, modern, very people friendly.
And that was small potatoes to the great job Bechtel did on the Chunnel Tunnel between England and France. I mean, these guys are not anything but good to be able to pull major technological projects like this in such an efficient, top notch way.
This is one great company -- and with them getting a big contract in Iraq, I'd suggest buying at least a COUPLE shares of Bechtel [duh, like I'm the first to think of this] but just in case a few of you win some extra thou you're not sure how you'd like to invest . . .
