Ugh - isn't it frustrating? So sorry - I just had it happen to me too - From Hershey's - I got the $10 Gift Card for Rite Aid, but when I used it, there was NO balance... now I'm waiting, waiting, waiting for a reply from them....

Odd - DH just received a large empty envelope (one end was slit open) from:

Chicago IL

I researched the address - it was from The Ungar Group, which is an advertising agency.

He sent them an email today asking about it.

I have had alot of opened mail lately too :mad2: , one was a credit card application. I sure it isn't my local postal carrier she is great and knocks on my door and hand delivers my packages.

If the package was sent via U.S. Postal Service; contact the postal inspector in your area & complain about opened mail. They will investigate and see if it's an isolated incident or if it's a trend in your area. Save the envelope. Good Luck.
