I was wondering if any OS member lived in or around Modesto CAlifornia? I had been following the Laci Peterson case very closely, but because of the war, I never see anything about the case on the news any more. I was just wondering what was going on with the case. Thanks for the info.

about 2 hours south, in Fresno.
Unfortunately, since the war broke out, we haven't seen or heard a thing about Laci. The news just isn't reporting on her case any more.

I have been following the Laci search also. I always check www.modbee.com, (the modesto newspaper site) There is a link in the lower right hand corner and they post all the updates. There hasn't been anything added since last week.

Her case is still getting reported fairly regularly here in the bay area.
