***REVISED 10/26/06*** You can now send 1 e-card a month without being pentalized! That will be two e-cards total for the session. Send more if you can though! Remember, you can goto a lot of ecard sites and pick the date you want the e-card sent! You could make a bunch of different e-cards and just have them sent on a different day and then you wont have to worry about it at all :laugh: Now get those e-mails sent to me!

I got the ok from KB. She said theres a ton of swaps going on but this one is a little different and i think more people will be able to participate because you only have to send one gift of a minium purchase of $5. If you would like to send more you can. If not thats ok too. You can send 5 $1 items or whatever as long as the retail all together is at least $5. You will also be required to send your person e-cards once a week. Easy and inexpensive so members of all incomes can participate. I wanted to do this because I want to particiapte so bad in the swaps but they're just too high for me to participate in. I'm unable to afford it so I decided to do a Secret Angel swap, which I participate in another online forum group i goto. It has been VERY sucessful there and i hope to have it just as successful here! :gift:

Here are the Rules

1. Must be a member in good standing (Premimum and Non-premimum can participate)

2. The session will last 2 months and you must send an e-card AT LEAST once a month(Total of two e-cards per session) and send at least one gift during that period total value of $5.

3. You send all e-mails and gifts Annyomously. When you send an e-card you can just use a bogus e-mail :)

4. If you do not send a gift during the two month time and/or do not send an e-card a month you will be banned from any future Secret Angels sessions. (If you have any problems arise PM and lmk)

5. No used gifts! The gifts must be something that you yourself would like to recieve if you recieved it. Don't send some body wash you tried and didnt like so you're giving it away. Any and all gifts you send MUST be new and unused. If you have any questions on a gift you would like to send please contact me before sending it and i will help you out.

6. Gifts MAY be homemade as long as it would retail for at least $5. Use your common sense! If you dont have any please don't sign up for this program LOL


Below you will find a survey to fill out that will be sent to whomever is chosen to be your secret angel. Please add any additional information if there is any. I.E. If you're allergic to peanuts it might be a good thing to know in case someone decides to send you a ton of peanuts :laugh: We dont want any member to die hahaha

Yea I have a lot going on and dont think I could do the ECard once a week thing. I loose track of my days very easily so maybe just once a month? Otherwise I would love to participate.

Honestly, I think the idea is fabulous...the only thing that stops me is remembering to send an e-card once each week. Oh, it's not that i wouldn't want to...it's just that I could very easily forget and end up DQing myself from future Secret Angel swaps.
I wouldn't want to do that :(

I also like the $5 minimum its more my price range, and I'm not participating in the big one because its alot of money to. But I also don't think my scatter brain would remember to send an E-card every week for 2 months.

Actually when you send e-cards you could do them all at once

For example:

Say we start this Nov. 1 - that means you would have to send 9 e-cards. So you go to whatever online card place you choose, find 9 e-cards you like, personalize them, and when you select the send date, change it so it's automaticly sent out once a week. You spend maybe an hour an e-cards and that's it. Simple really.

Cute idea, but right now even $5 is out of my price range - maybe next year when we have a double income again.

Alright I'll revise to once a month but TRY to send more. :laugh: Like Tarah said though, when you goto send an e-card a lot of places will let you pick what day you want it sent. You could make up 4 different e-cards in a month and send them out. Even more if you wanted! But that is fine. I'm revising now. As long as you send at least ONE card a month (For a total of two cards) you will be ok *L*
