I saw Brett Butler at the comedy club Saturday night. She was
HILARIOUS! I enjoyed 3 mudslides during the show. then our group decided to "slum it" at a local dive bar. being that i didn't want to mix alcohol I stuck with Vodka. i preceded to have 4 lemonades, 3 double lemon drop shots, and some other Vodka concoction that my friends warned me not to drink. They said it was too strong. of course i couldn't taste the vodka at this point and drank it anyway. i am NOT a drinker. however i was in an amorous mood and my hubby was excited! we got home, i undressed in the kitchen (and he was thanking his lucky stars at this point!) I then went upstairs, (my dear hubby is frantically trying to get undressed) lied down on the bed and said "oh no,
I gotta throw up!" I then spent the next 1hr1/2 praying to the porcelain Gods, while hubby put cold cloths on my head and neck!
i haven't done that since i was a teenager! Now i remember why!
The good news is I think i dropped 5lbs this weekend! Of course this affected my sweeping, and i was in no condition to post or enter anything until today! The sad news is i bought a case of crystal lite prior to this weekend to help with my dieting, unfortunately the thought of lemonade..... well makes me sick!
No more drinking for me! i think I'm back to Diet Coke and coffee!
Let's face it, i don't need alcohol to embaress myself, i do that naturally! Hope everyone had a great weekend!
