Actually, I'm called country boy because it's the first thing I say when negotiating overhead rates: "I'm a simple country boy, so you'll have to explain things to me." In actuality, I have an MBA and law degree.
I once negotiated a 19% overhead rate with an international A&E (architect and engineer) firm, which had a government audited and approved rate of 120%. (A&E firms are typically over 100%). Don't feel bad for them, though; with $5M in direct costs in the proposed contract, they still made a million dollars on the deal.
Please give the CD to Current. I wanted the Hard Rock leather jacket in Prize Exchange, but Mare got to it first. You guys are like family and I won't bid agin' you.
