:help: How do you keep track of these----do you keep a journal of your entry dates or is there a way to do it here?

I keep mine in MySweeps and then enter them at the same time every month or at the beginning or end of the quarter.

I have my weeklies and monthlies in seperate directories (folders), the bookmark starting with when they need to be done - so for today when I did my regular sweeps I looked in the weekly for anything starting with a 3, and the monthly for anything starting with 22. Works for me.

I use My Sweeps to keep track of them. I enter the weeklies on Mondays and the Monthlies on the first.
I do have a planner and I write down all of the sweeps that say you have to check back on the site to see of you are a winner. I also use it for writing down any info for mail in sweeps that I am interested in.
Someone suggested that if you got the Home Made Simple calendar you could use that to organize as well. I didn't have one at the time, but when I got mine,I could see that it would be perfect for that!
Good luck!

You can use the calendar on the site too... it has an option for personal events so you can mark the calendar to remind you when it's time to do the odd entry one's again.
You can get to the calendar from the top of your screen ... click the calendar button.

thanks for the info, I didn't realize I could make folders with AOL. This will make a big difference in keeping track of my sweeps.

I use the same method as KBSocial (great minds do think alike).

If you Microsoft Outlook on your computer, it has the full day planner setup.

Thanks for all the ideas. I just do monthlies at the 1st of the month and weeklies on Wed. I don't have many quarterlies to worry about.:smile3:

Skpaw, you might want to move doing your monthlies away from the 1st, like the 5th or so - some of the sweeps aren't all that fast updating things, and if you enter on the first you might just be putting in a second entry for the previous month.
