I am making one for brunch tomorrow and just wondered if anyone else here makes them? If so, what variation do you make? I use crescent rolls for the dough, cream cheese, sugar and vanilla for the spread and a variety of jams for the topping.

I have made Fruit Pizza a few times, but the recipe I use calls for sugar cookie dough. It has a cream cheese mixture for the spread, and the toppings are sliced strawberries, sliced kiwi, blueberries, and other fruit. It's a yummy, refreshing dessert (great for summer), and looks pretty too! :gvibes:
