I have been having a LOT of trouble with Internet Explorer (Version 6) lately. I probably get an average of three error messages per sweepstakes-entering session. You know the kind - where IE tells you it encountered an error and has to shut down, and asks if you want to send info to Microsoft. when this happens, I not only have to shut down IE, I have to reboot, to keep from getting the error message again.

I've tried running the IE repair tool, and I've run my (up-to-date) Norton Antivirus, and I've run Spybot - Search and Destroy. No luck; I'm still having the same problems.

Anybody have any suggestions? Please?

What operating system are you using?

I'm running Win 98SE. Computer's a bit of a dinosaur, but I still shouldn't be having these problems. Plenty of memory, so that isn't the issue either.

It does seem to happen most often at specific sites - but I don't see others complaining about the problems at these sites. For example, there's a site - www.dwarfnet.com - every time I try to play one of the games there (such as Yahtzee), I get the error message.

Thanks for helping!
