"LOS ANGELES (March 25) - Buck Owens, the flashy "rhinestone cowboy" who shaped the sound of country music with hits like "Act Naturally," has died. He was 76."

My mother's gone now but she loved Buck Owens and Roy Clark. My husband loves to imitate her dance shuffle.

Good Luck,
Jaice

I loved watching Hee Haw when I was a kid. Buck Owens was a true legend. Love that Bakersfield sound. Who could forget his red, white and blue guitar!

I met Buck Owens , Roy Clark , Minnie Pearl's Husband (can't remember his name) and Grandpa Jones years ago.
Here in my hometown. I worked as a desk clerk for Best Western.
Each year they would come to Arkansas for duck hunting season.
They were such down to earth extremely nice people. And big tippers.

I remember the first time they came in , I wanted to call my parents so so bad,
They were both big Hee Haw fans. But my manager made everyone take an oath
that they wouldn't tell anyone
