High everyone :gvibes:

I have a question regarding canning itmes with meat like soup and sauces.

I have always just canned as I would with jam, sterilized jars, bath etc... and never had a problem.

I just read on the side of the lid box, that items with meat should be pressure canned :frown3: I have never done this, and am thankful we never had a problem.

Do you pressure can soups or other meat items?

I only make jams, jellys etc. But if you plan of canning meats or soups and not freezing them, for safety's sake you should pressure can them.
