When the sweep states 'valid e-mail address' required, does that mean you can or cannot use like ag-mail or some other disposible address?

Most will accept "free" emails (yahoo, gmail, hotmail). there are a few rarely who will not. I think in the last year I have run into maybe 3. I just say oh well, and move on.

No, those are generally fine for sweeping, and somewhat recommended because you won't lose it if you move. There are a few sweeps that don't allow disposable email addies, but they're up-front about it. By valid, they pretty much just mean one that's functioning and that you check, so they can get in contact with you.

Good luck! :)
