Everytime I resize I lose the animation. I have be using Microsoft Picture It. Any suggestions? Much appreciated

The avatars can't be bigger than 60x60.;)

Did you try using a hammer??? I like to smash things down to size daily with mine - works great!

One of the easiest animation programs is Animation Shop 3, which is packaged with Jasc Paint Shop Pro 7. I think that you can get a demo from the Jasc website.
Skpaw, no prob with AS3 doing 3 pictures, with some cool transitions to boot.. The problem I have is keeping them under the 20k size limit.:)
