I'm in Yorktown and rarely have an oppotunity for adult time. So no clubs for me. There was talk between Mary and UncleBill (he's in Williamsburg) about a get together on the peninsula this summer. Nobody got back to me that it was happening :( If you plan it I will come..... (after the holidays)

I went to a get-together in Richmond (someone, please, set up another one! StarbucksAddict moved to NYC) and there were many many there. Maybe 20?

I know if someone arranged a meetup in Richmond or Northern VA or even Norfolk area you would get lots to come. I'm stuck here in the SW corner, not many in my area.

I'm not exactly sure what they do in a sweeps club... Maybe trade tips, fill out snail mail entries together... and hopefully, eat! And/or drink! :)
