Import export ?? Turbo sweeps

Help! I am going crazy
Does anyone know how to import files to turbo sweeps?

While I was in the hospital I entered a lot of sweeps on my husbands laptop and now that I am home I want to add them to my turbo sweeps on my computer..it says you can import..but doesn't tell you how

I sent myself the tsi files thru email but the file can't be opened


I have given up and am now transfering the info by hand...will take years this way
