I put a note at the top in the comments column that the sweep is over. In fact I put it in big and twice like this OVER OVER.. so I don't waste my time entering it again. It is sometimes easy to miss something when you have alot of stuff written there.
I then write down when the drawing will be and how they will contact you or if there will be a list posted.
Then I put it in my weeklies group so that I check on it frequently.
This is a new strategy so I hope it works. I hate to throw contests out and want to check back on them but I can't stand seeing that big red X marking off all the expired. Maybe this will help.

Ps if anyone else already said they did this , I apologize. My eyes usually glaze over when I read other's strategies until I need to use them for myself. :)
I've revised this plan to make the date a month later so I don't have to keep looking for all the notification dates and drawing
dates. Then when they expire again I can check them, feng shui them, or check for new contests. :)
